Description

Performs and is responsible for the day-to-day professional activities of the Pharmacy Department including duties involving compounding, admixing sterile products, drug consultations, dispensing, providing drug information, and monitoring patient drug therapy. This position is represented by RCHEA

Requirements

Day Shift, 4 x 10s, 4 days a week, no set days and including weekends occasionally. 6:30am to 530pm. prefer 1 -2 years of experience. Must have EPIC experience and Pyxis.

Education and Qualifications

• EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Experience in hospital pharmacy practice preferred
• EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Graduate of an accredited college of pharmacy
• EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Residency training preferred
• LICENSES OR CERTIFICATIONS: Current California Pharmacist License
• QUALIFICATIONS: Able to interface with hospital staff and public in a courteous and professional manner QUALIFICATIONS: Demonstrates emotional maturity, self-awareness and consistently performs with integrity and respect
• QUALIFICATIONS: Must have tact, good judgment, and self-motivation, be detail oriented, respect and protect the confidentiality of sensitive material
