Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Kansas
Rehabilitation (2 years of experience)
Rehabilitation experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Onboarding / Compliance

Ascension Color Vision: completed prior to start and updated every 3 years.
Ascension Core Competencies: completed within a year of start, updated every 3 years, minimum 80% or national benchmark passing score.
