General Informationo Beds: 2 Cath labs, 2 Hybrid peripheral/ORo Will you accept a traveler with 1-year experience? No, 2 years minimum with coronary, structural heart, complex PCI and peripheral experienceo Will you accept a first-time traveler? Yes, if very experienced in Coronary, Structural heart, complex PCI and peripheral caseso Travelers must live 100 miles away from facilityo Permanent staff must wait 1 full year to return as a traveler? Patient Types:o Coronary artery disease, STEMI, cardiogenic shock, complex total occlusions, diagnostic Cath procedures, valvular disease, renal disease, carotid stenosis, limb salvage, peripheral stenosis, thrombosis disease, Impella insertion, LVAD insertions, etc.? Patient Ratios:o RN: 1:1? Required Certifications:o RN: BLS, ACLSo Cath Lab Tech: BLS, ACLS, RT or equivalent or RCIS is required?
