Master's degree in social work required 
 Minimum two year’s of experience in clinical setting required, will assist with our current SW staff shortage.  Previous counseling experience preferred. Able to read; write legibly; speak in English with professional quality; use computer, printer, and software programs necessary to the position; operate/troubleshoot basic office equipment; type 30 words per minute without errors. Able to relate and communicate positively, effectively, and professionally with others; provide leadership and supervision; follow policies consistently; work calmly and respond courteously when under pressure; lead, supervise, teach, and collaborate; accept direction. Able to positively and effectively manage complex interpersonal relations with patients and staff. Able to communicate effectively in English in person, in writing, and on the telephone; think critically; work independently and with minimal supervision; perform basic math functions; manage multiple assignments effectively; compose written material; work well under pressure; problem solve; organize and prioritize workload; recall information with accuracy; pay close attention to detail. Works independently without direct supervision. Able to distinguish colors as necessary; write, hear, read and speak sufficiently for general conversation in person and on the telephone; identify and distinguish various sounds associated with workplace; see adequately to read computer screens and written documents necessary to the position.
