Description

Facility: Saint Mary Medical Center – Apple Valley
Location: Apple Valley, California
Contract: 13 weeks, with option for 13–26 weeks

Shift: Days, 5x8s, Monday–Friday
Schedule: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- Facility allows any 8 hours between 7:30 AM–6:00 PM
Hours: 40 hours/week
On-call: No
Weekend: No
Floating: No
Guaranteed Hours: Facility may call off 1 shift every 2 weeks
Charting: Epic
Parking: Free
Facility: Acute Care Hospital, 212 staffed beds

Requirements

1+ year PT experience
Pediatric PT experience required — hard stop
Must be able to work independently
BLS required
California PT license required
First-time travelers accepted
Compact license must be in hand at submission
