Schedule

3x12-hour day shifts
7:00 AM–7:00 PM
36 hours/week guaranteed
Every other weekend (EOW)
No call/standby
No self-scheduling or block scheduling

Required Experience

Prior SNF or Subacute experience required
Experience with skilled nursing/LTC patients
RN experience with medication administration, wound care, trach care, and IV care

Certifications

BLS
ACLS and NIHSS
