Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a Physical Therapist for an outpatient travel contract with BMPT at Lakeshore Pavilion in Birmingham, Alabama.
This is a great opportunity for a PT who enjoys an outpatient orthopedic environment, providing individualized treatment to help patients improve mobility, strength, function and return to work, sports and everyday activities.
Position Highlights
- Outpatient Physical Therapy
- Orthopedic and musculoskeletal patient population
- PT evaluations and individualized plans of care
- Therapeutic exercise and functional rehabilitation
- Strengthening, mobility and flexibility
- Post-operative rehabilitation
- Gait and balance interventions as appropriate
- Patient education and home exercise programs
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans
- Collaborate with the clinical team to maximize functional outcomes
