Travel Occupational Therapist – SNF/Rehab
The Arlington of Naples | Naples, FL
Ardor Health Solutions is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a travel SNF/Rehab contract at The Arlington of Naples in Naples, Florida.
Facility & Position
The Arlington of Naples is a Life Plan senior living community offering multiple levels of care, including skilled nursing and short-term rehabilitation. Its rehabilitation program provides PT, OT and speech/cognitive therapy, with an interdisciplinary approach focused on helping patients recover following hospitalization, surgery, illness or injury.
The Occupational Therapist will work primarily with an adult and geriatric rehabilitation population, helping patients improve functional independence and safely return to their highest possible level of function.
Responsibilities may include:
- OT evaluations and reassessments
- ADL and self-care retraining
- Upper-extremity strengthening and functional activity
- Transfer and mobility training
- Adaptive equipment recommendations and training
- Cognitive and safety interventions
- Patient and caregiver education
- Interdisciplinary discharge planning
- Development and progression of individualized treatment plans
