Description

REQUIRED: Critical Care/Emergency medicine clinical pharmacists with experience participating in codes and traumas (BCCCP or BCEMP board certification required and PGY2 Critical Care or ED or 5 years providing clinical care in ICU and/or ED required)
REQUIRED: 1 year American Society of Health System Pharmacist (ASHP_ accredited residency or 4 plus years of acute hospital experience
REQUIRED: Pharmacy license from TX state board of Pharmacy
REQUIRED: BLS, ACLS, PALS

o Shift: Evenings (1230-2100), or Swing shift (1400-0030), could also potentially do some day shifts if has rounding experience (0600-1430)
o Days of the week: available 7 days per week preferred since we staff 24/7
o Onsite in the ED or ICU

Reviews and provides comprehensive pharmacy services for all STAT orders in the ED and ICU.
