Description

Physical Therapist – Outpatient Rehab

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM
Location: Cumming, GA
Duration: 13 Weeks

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of PT experience
GA Physical Therapist License required
AHA BLS required
Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited Physical Therapy program
No new graduates

Preferred Experience:

Pelvic PT: Herman & Wallace Level 1 or APTA Pelvic Health certification required
OR strong Orthopedic PT experience with post-op, spine, lower extremity, and sports cases

Additional: Must live 50+ miles from the facility.

Holiday Requirement: Must work 2 major holidays out of Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day, plus 1 minor holiday: Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year’s Eve.
