Recent OR RN experience
Circulating experience preferred/expected
Ability to take call
Responsibilities
- Pre-op, intra-op, and post-op patient care
- OR circulating duties
- Patient assessment and monitoring
- Documentation
- Coordination with surgeons, anesthesia, and OR staff
- Discharge planning and care coordination
Ideal Candidate
2+ years OR RN experience
Experience in a busy acute-care operating room
Comfortable taking call
Strong critical thinking and communication skills
