• Facility Name: Henry Mayo Newhall Hospital

• Discipline: Physical Therapy

• Duration of assignment: 13 weeks

• Facility Setting? ARU

• Will position be required to float to other units? If so, what units? No
• Number of beds in your facility? 19

• Preferred experience level? ARU Preferred. Will consider SNF and acute inpatient experience.
• What is the work schedule for this position? 40 hours/week, M-F with two weekend day shifts

• EMR for your facility: Meditech
