Description

Facility Name: Baptist Rehabilitation Hospital
• Role (RN, Tech, LPN, PT, etc.): Dietitian
• Specialty: Clinical Dietitian
• Shift: 0830AM—4:30 PM
• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 40
• Weekend Hours: M-F
• Call Requirements: NO
• Required Certifications: Minimum, Bachelor of Science in Dietetics & Nutrition
• Years of Experience: 2+ (NO NEW GRAD)
• Float Requirements: NO

• Number of Beds: 62
• Patient Ratios: 6-7:1 RN/LPN, CNA 10:1
• Equipment: Cerner, Meal Tracker
• EHR: MUST HAVE CERNER EXPERIENCE

• Patient Population e.g. “geriatric, adult, peds, etc.”: ADULTS and GERIATRIC, REHAB PATIENTS

Hiring Profile:

• Must Have Skills/Experience: IRF, MED-SURG
• Preferred Skillset/Experience: Managing patients with nutritional needs r/t Wounds, diabetes, chronic pulmonary disease, other chronic disease and up-to-date on the latest nutrition and dietetic evidenced-based practice
• Common Diagnosis/Treatment: Neuro, Ortho, Cancer,
• Personality Fit: Team Player, Adaptable, Flexible

• Required Education: Bachelors or higher
