Position Overview

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to support an in-store vaccination initiative. The RN will be responsible for safely administering a variety of vaccines while providing compassionate, professional, and patient-focused care in a community healthcare environment.
 

PPE will be provided.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Administer vaccines including Flu, COVID-19, MMR, and other recommended immunizations.
• Perform medication administration and vaccination-related clinical services safely and accurately.
• Provide professional, compassionate, and patient-centered care.
• Educate patients regarding vaccinations and related healthcare information.
• Follow established clinical, safety, and infection-control procedures.
• Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals and support staff.
• Adapt to changing patient needs and workflow requirements.
• Maintain a positive, energetic, and team-oriented environment.
• Support quality outcomes and excellent patient experiences.
• Maintain flexibility with work hours as required by operational needs.

Required Qualifications

• Active, full, and unrestricted RN license in the state where services are being provided.
• At least 1 year of related nursing experience, including immunization experience and providing quality patient care.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
• Strong clinical skills, including medication administration.
• Ability and willingness to administer vaccinations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Verifiable High School Diploma or GED.
• Must not be listed on the DEA Excluded Parties List.
