Position Overview

We are seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) to support an in-store vaccination initiative in a community healthcare setting.

The RN will be responsible for safely administering a variety of vaccines, including Flu, COVID-19, MMR, and other immunizations, while providing compassionate, professional, and patient-focused care.

PPE will be provided.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Administer vaccines including Flu, COVID-19, MMR, and other required immunizations.
• Perform medication administration safely and accurately.
• Provide compassionate and professional patient care.
• Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals.
• Provide appropriate patient education related to vaccinations and healthcare.
• Follow established clinical, safety, and infection-control procedures.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and support staff.
• Adapt to changing patient needs and workflow requirements.
• Contribute to a positive, caring, energetic, and team-oriented environment.
• Support quality patient outcomes and excellent patient experiences.
• Maintain flexibility with work hours based on operational requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Active, full, and unrestricted RN license in the state where you will be working.
• At least 1 year of related nursing experience, including immunization experience and providing quality patient care.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
• Strong clinical skills, including medication administration.
• Ability and willingness to administer vaccinations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Verifiable High School Diploma or GED.
• Must not be listed on the DEA Excluded Parties List.
