Description

Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:30)

Years of experience REQ: 2-year acute medical Care Manager experience performing Care Coordination (Note: 2-year acute medical Care Manager experience performing Care Coordination recent experience is a must, within the last 3 months)

• First-timers accepted: No - requires travel experience

Weekend REQ: variable 5-day workweek with department operations occurring 7 days per week.
