Unit Information

• Recovery Bays: 5
• Staff: 8 FTE
• Day Shift: 5 × 8-hour shifts
• Patient Ratio: 1 RN per procedural room / 5 recovery
• Equipment: GE / Philips
• EMR: Meditech, MERGE
• Call: One week of call per month
• Floating: May float to IR
• Scrubs: Navy – provided by facility

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of Cath Lab experience
• Ability and willingness to take call
• Strong Cath Lab procedural experience
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• Active RN license appropriate for the assignment

• RHC – Right Heart Cath
• PCI
• PTA
• Stenting
• Impella
• IABP
• Peripheral angiograms
• PPM
• ICD
• EP studies
• IR procedures
• Thrombectomy
• Laser procedures
• Directional atherectomy
