Description
Role: Full Time Hospice RN Case Manager
- Location: Kansas City, MO — field-based/in-person
- Pay: $85K–$90K annually
- Schedule: Full-time; multiple patient visits per day rather than a traditional hospital shift
- Travel: Regular driving between patients, typically 20–40 minutes for some visits; mileage reimbursement provided
- Patients: Hospice patients in private homes and senior living facilities
- Experience: Prior hospice experience is required
- License: Active RN license in the state
- Immigration requirement: Must be a U.S. citizen or green-card holder
