Position Overview

The Acute Care Pharmacist is responsible for providing comprehensive pharmacy services and ensuring safe and effective medication therapy for medical patients.

The Pharmacist works closely with physicians, nurses, patients, and other healthcare professionals to evaluate medication therapy, develop appropriate treatment plans, and monitor patient outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• Active Oklahoma Pharmacist License – Required
• Pharmacist license must be in hand at the time of submission
• 1+ year of Pharmacist experience – Required
• BLS – Required
• Acute Care / Hospital Pharmacy experience strongly aligned with the position
• Ability to work a variable 4×10 schedule

Preferred Qualifications

• Epic experience preferred
• Candidates should list all previous EMR/Charting experience on their resume
• Experience with acute care pharmacy services and interdisciplinary patient care
