Position Overview

We are seeking an SLPA to support speech and language services for students under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language services as directed by the supervising SLP and IEP
• Conduct therapy sessions supporting speech, language, communication, and/or feeding goals
• Prepare therapy materials and activities
• Collect and document student progress data
• Assist with speech, language, and hearing screenings under SLP supervision
• Communicate observations and progress to the supervising SLP
• Support student and caregiver education as directed
• Complete daily documentation and billing entries
• Participate in team meetings and required training
• Maintain a safe and professional therapy environment

Requirements

✅ Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
✅ Current SLPA license/registration as required by the state
✅ School-based or clinical experience preferred
✅ Completion of required supervision and training
