Travel Physical Therapist – Inpatient/Outpatient

Clark Fork Valley Hospital | Plains, MT

Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a Physical Therapist for a travel hospital contract at Clark Fork Valley Hospital in Plains, Montana, working with a mix of inpatient and outpatient patients.

Position Overview

This is a great opportunity for a PT who enjoys variety and a broader hospital-based caseload rather than being limited to a single setting. The therapist will provide physical therapy services across both inpatient and outpatient populations based on department needs.

Responsibilities may include:

PT evaluations and reassessments
Development and progression of individualized plans of care
Inpatient mobility and functional training
Gait, balance and transfer training
Therapeutic exercise and strengthening
Outpatient orthopedic and musculoskeletal rehabilitation
Post-operative rehabilitation
Assistive device assessment and training
Patient and caregiver education
Collaboration with physicians, nursing and other members of the interdisciplinary team
Discharge planning for inpatient patients
Documentation of patient progress and outcomes
