Schedule: SNF & Home Health, approximately 50/50, but may fluctuate
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week for 8–10 hour shifts
Contract: 13 Weeks
Call: No on-call
Call-back: None
Charting: Homecare Homebase (HCHB)
BSN: Not required
License: Required to submit

Work Setting

This position is a combination of:

50% Home Health + 50% SNF

The exact split can fluctuate based on facility needs.

The clinician may also occasionally need to provide coverage in:

Hastings
Grand Island

This coverage may be for either SNF or Home Health.

Required Certification

BLS

Candidates living within 80 miles are considered local.
Local adjusted bill rate: $8/hour lower
Local adjusted OT bill rate: $8/hour lower
