Travel RN – Medical Telemetry | Overland Park, KS | Days | 13 Weeks

HealthTrust is seeking an experienced Medical Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week travel assignment at Overland Park Regional Medical Center in Overland Park, Kansas.

Shift: 3x12 Days (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week (48-hour guarantee preferred)
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Start Date: December 14 (Preferred)

Position Details

Provide comprehensive nursing care on a 25-bed Medical Telemetry unit.
Care for patients with renal, urology, oncology, pulmonology, cardiology, and general medical-surgical conditions.
Monitor telemetry patients, perform comprehensive assessments, administer medications, and coordinate multidisciplinary care.
Utilize equipment including EKG monitors, bladder scanners, Hoyer lifts, sit-to-stand devices, Alaris pumps, and Pyxis.
Document patient care using Meditech.
Float to similar units as needed, including Ortho, Neuro, CCU, CDU, SSU, Observation, and Rehab.
