Evenings: 3:00 PM–11:00 PM or 3:00 PM–7:00 AM

Requirements:

3+ years current experience within the last 6 months
NH LPN license active & in hand
AHA BLS
IV certified or willing to obtain during onboarding
Must be willing to float where experienced
COVID vaccination required; no exemptions
No local travelers within 50 miles
Every other weekend
No call
RTO must be submitted upfront; max 5 days, no holidays

Previous travel and rural/small facility experience preferred.
