Requirements:

• 5+ years total CST experience — hard stop
• 2+ years dedicated cardiac & vascular experience — hard stop
• 1+ year CVOR experience
• 1+ year Level I Trauma experience
• Endovascular experience — hard stop
• Scrub experience required
• Cardiovascular/thoracic instrument reprocessing
• BLS required
• EPIC experience
• CVOR procedures including CABG, EVAR, TEVAR, valve replacement, etc.
• General OR and vascular experience
• Scrub & circulate experience
• Call required
• Weekend rotation as needed
• First-time travelers accepted
• Locals accepted at the same rate
• RNs who scrub are also accepted

Important: Ohio fingerprinting must be completed urgently after booking. RTO is required at submission. Two professional references are required, with at least one being a manager/director/supervisor-level reference. No coworker references accepted.
