Interventional Radiology Tech Contract Opportunity – Evanston, IL

Favorite Healthcare Staffing is seeking an experienced Interventional Radiology (IR) Tech for a 13-week contract in Evanston, IL. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced IR Tech with strong complex procedural skills. Neuro IR experience is highly preferred.

Position Details:
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Location: Evanston, IL
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Schedule: Day shift, 8- or 10-hour shifts
• Weekend Requirement: No regular weekends unless on call
• On-Call: Up to 9 call days per month
• Call Rotation: One weekend (Friday–Sunday) per 4-week schedule, plus third-man coverage as needed
• Call Rate: $5/hour
• Call-Back Minimum: 2 hours
• Neuro Call-Back: Must report within 30 minutes
• IR Body Call-Back: Must report within 45 minutes
• Start Date: Within 2 weeks

Requirements:
• 2+ years of Interventional Radiology experience
• Neuro IR experience preferred
• Strong procedural experience; ideally able to scrub with IR physicians for complex procedures
• Experience with thrombectomies, pulmonary embolism procedures, UFE, and Y90 preferred
• Active Illinois IEMA license
• Current ARRT certification
• Current BLS certification
