Location: Springfield, OH
Start: 10/19/2026
Contract: 13 weeks
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Guaranteed: 40 hours/week

Home Health OT experience required
Home Care Home Base experience required
OT experience
Active license in hand at submission
BLS/CPR through AHA
Must be comfortable seeing about 8 patients/day
Productivity expectation: minimum 6.5 points, typically 3–4 evaluations/day
Must supervise 1 COTA
Primarily post-acute patients

Schedule/Work Style:

Self-scheduling — therapist can arrange visits throughout the day
No weekends
No holidays
Any color scrubs or business casual
Service areas include Clark, Edgar, Effingham, Champaign, and Madison counties

Important: This position specifically requires Home Health + Home Care Home Base experience and an active license in hand before submission. Profiles go directly to the manager for interview.
