SPT Team Lead / Sterile Processing Supervisor – MUSC Health Charleston, SC

Start: 10/19/2026 | 13 weeks
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Minimum 3 years sterile processing experience + prior leadership experience required
CRCST (HSPA) and/or CBSPD certification required
Level I Trauma experience required
Travel experience required; first-time travelers not accepted
Experience with sterilization, decontamination, assembly/wrapping required
Neuro, GU, robotics, ENT, ortho, transplant, and GYN experience preferred
Electronic instrument tracking experience preferred
Will float between Main SPD, CSC, and potentially West Campus based on facility needs
No weekend requirement; holiday rotation
60-mile local radius
RTO must be provided at submission
BLS not required
Temp-to-perm opportunity; preference given to candidates interested in permanent placement
