Microbiologist
Shift: Day Shift | 5×8 Hours | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Job Type: Travel / Contract
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Microbiologist to join a hospital clinical laboratory team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in microbiology laboratory testing, bacterial identification, cultures, and parasitology procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Microbiology experience
- Previous experience in a hospital clinical laboratory
- California Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CA CLS) license in hand
- ASCP / ASCP MT certification preferred/accepted
- Previous travel experience is not required
- Local candidates are accepted
- EMSA candidates are not accepted
- COVID-19 vaccination is required; no exemptions
- Experience with laboratory/charting systems required
- Paragon experience preferred; training will be provided

- Mycobacteria cultures
- Ova and parasite concentration

Schedule
