Description
Certified / Registered Surgical Technologist (CST / Surgical Tech) – Day Shift
- Schedule: Day Shift | 4x10-Hour Shifts | Variable Start Times (06:30, 09:00, or 11:00) | 40 Guaranteed Hours Per Week | Monday – Friday Work Week
- Scheduling Protocol: Variable weekday scheduling; start times remain consistent within the same week. Later start times on Tuesdays and Fridays for team meetings/in-services.
- Dress Code: Teal scrubs (provided on-site).
- Assignment Duration: 13-Week Contract Assignment | 1 Open Position
- Location Region: Seattle, Washington (WA)
Submission Hardstops [STRICT & NON-NEGOTIABLE]
- Experience Baseline [HARDSTOP]: Minimum 1+ years of acute care Surgical Technologist scrub experience in high-volume, multi-specialty operating rooms required [HARDSTOP]. (First-time travelers accepted).
- Surgical Competencies & Robot Mastery [HARDSTOP]:
- Must possess direct scrub experience in complex ENT procedures (FESS/sinus, septoplasty, cochlear implants, tympanoplasty, laryngoscopy, thyroid/parathyroid soft tissue) [HARDSTOP].
- Direct hands-on scrub experience with the DaVinci Xi Robotic System (across GYN, Urology, and General Surgical procedures) strictly required [HARDSTOP].
- State Registration [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION - HARDSTOP]: Active Washington State Surgical Technologist Registration MUST BE IN-HAND AT TIME OF SUBMITTAL (no pending licenses will be reviewed) [HARDSTOP].
