Travel Physical Therapist (PT) – Outpatient Rehab

We are seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week outpatient contract in Kinston, North Carolina. This opportunity is a great fit for an experienced PT who enjoys outpatient rehab, a consistent weekday schedule, and working independently with a broad orthopedic caseload.

This role offers schedule flexibility with either 5x8s or 4x10s, no call, and no weekend requirement.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and reassessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical findings.
• Treat orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions through therapeutic exercise and manual interventions.
• Provide gait, balance, strength, mobility, and functional training as appropriate.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and continued recovery.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals as needed.
• Complete timely documentation and progress reporting.

Requirements

• North Carolina PT license required.
• BLS required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience required.
• Previous travel experience required.
• Local candidates within 50 miles are not eligible.
• Must be comfortable working in a busy outpatient environment.
