Job Summary

Seeking a Registered Nurse for an inpatient Rehabilitation unit. The RN will provide patient care and manage tracheostomy needs, with respiratory therapy available for support.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to rehabilitation patients and monitor changes in condition.
• Perform tracheostomy care and management independently as part of the RN role.
• Provide oxygen therapy and non-invasive airway management.
• Respond to emergencies and participate in rapid response or code team activities.
• Provide IV therapy and peripheral line care as needed.
• Float to inpatient Medical-Surgical units when required.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of Medical-Surgical experience.
• Rehabilitation, LTAC, or SNF experience accepted.
• Inpatient Medical-Surgical experience preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• Epic charting experience.
• Experience with patient ratios of approximately 1:5–7.
• First-time travelers accepted; candidates with 2 years of experience may be considered for screening if they have not traveled previously.
• Active license required; pending licenses are not accepted.
