Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Oncology RN for a busy outpatient oncology and infusion practice. The nurse will support examination visits, nurse triage visits, and treatment patients while administering immunotherapies and biotherapies for oncology and hematology diagnoses.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to oncology and hematology patients in an outpatient setting.
- Administer chemotherapy, immunotherapies, and biotherapies.
- Support patient examinations, treatment visits, and nurse triage appointments.
- Monitor patients during treatments and respond to clinical needs.
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and ensure patient safety.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of recent oncology nursing experience.
- Required chemotherapy administration experience.
- Active RN license.
- AHA BLS certification required.
- Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility.
