📋 Required
- Virginia State Pharmacist License – REQUIRED
- Hospital experience – REQUIRED
- Minimum 2 years hospital experience
- Experience with IV verification and medication verification
- IV compounding as needed
- Pyxis experience

- Vigilanz experience

Must have experience with:
- Vancomycin AUC dosing
- Aminoglycoside dosing
- Renal dosing
- Warfarin
- Enoxaparin
- Electrolyte protocols
