Position Overview

The Pharmacist will work in the Pharmacy Department of a 285-bed hospital using a decentralized pharmacist model.

The role includes medication distribution, medication preparation, sterile and non-sterile compounding, Pyxis support, and other daily pharmacy operations.

Required Qualification

Pharmacist License

• Current, active Missouri Pharmacist License in good standing – Required
• Missouri Pharmacist License must be in hand before submission
• The license must be included in the submission packet

Key Responsibilities

The Pharmacist may be responsible for:

• Answering pharmacy phones
• Supporting medication distribution and pharmacy workflow
• Working with pharmacy technology and documentation systems
