Description

1184864- Telemetry RN –

Location: College Station/Bryan, TX
Unit: Telemetry – 35 beds
Shift: 12-hour nights, 6:45 PM–6:45 AM, EOW
Charting: MEDITECH / EPIC experience required
Ratio: 1:4–5
Start Dates: 10/19–10/28 only
Guarantee: 48 hours; 36 hours may be considered

Requirements:

1–2+ years of Telemetry experience
BLS, ACLS & NIHSS (AHA)
Must independently read and interpret cardiac rhythms
Must pass Basic Dysrhythmia exam (83% required; 3 attempts)
Cardiac/Neuro experience preferred
Must be willing to precept and float

Patient Population: CHF, post-CABG, Watchman procedures, dysrhythmias, EP cases, and medical telemetry.

Floating: Travelers are first to float; may float between Telemetry/Tele-Observation/Tele-Neuro units, MedSurg, and between Bryan and College Station campuses.

Additional: No call requirement. Self-scheduling and block scheduling available. Must be willing to work holidays and every other weekend. Navy scrubs required.
