Description

 

  • Shift: Days
    • 5 weeks: 4x10s, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM
    • 1 week: 5x8s, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
    • Then repeats
    • Gives you a 4-day weekend every 6 weeks
  • EMR: Epic preferred
  • Floating: Required within the facility and scope of practice, as needed
  • Experience: 2+ years required
  • Weekend: Weekend coverage is included in call requirements; approximately 1–2 weekends per 6 weeks
  • Call: 12–14 days per 6-week period; must remain within 30 minutes of PNH
  • Certifications: BLS + ACLS required; credentials accepted include ARRT(R), CCI RCIS, CCI RCES, or CVT
  • Unit/Role: Cardiac Cath Lab / Interventional Cardiology supporting diagnostic and interventional procedures for cardiac and vascular patients.
  • Key Skills: Diagnostic and interventional cath, PCI/PTCA, cardiac stents, pacemakers/AICDs, Impella, hemodynamic monitoring, carotid/peripheral interventions, thrombolysis/thrombectomy, angiography, sterile scrubbing, and room circulation
  • First-Time Travelers: Accepted
  • Local Radius: Locals accepted at the same rate — no reduced local rate noted
  • Patient Population: Adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
  • Rooms: 2
  • Daily Census: 4–12
  • Holidays: Must work holidays that fall during the assignment according to the Piedmont holiday policy
  • RTO: Maximum 7 days, and all RTO must be submitted at the time of submission
  • License: Georgia or Compact license required at submission
