Description
8–13 week travel contract
Shift: 7a–3p
Every other weekend
No call
Requirements:
- 3+ years recent LPN experience, within the last 6 months
- NH LPN license active and in hand
- BLS (AHA)
- IV certified or willing to obtain during onboarding
- Must be willing to float where experienced
- Previous travel experience preferred
- Rural/small facility experience preferred
- 2 supervisory references from the last 2 years
- COVID vaccination required; no exemptions/declinations
- Locals within 50 miles not accepted
- Must have reliable transportation due to rural location and limited housing/public transportation
RTO must be submitted upfront and cannot exceed 5 days. Holidays are not approved.
