Position: Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN)
Facility: Mission Hospital – Memorial Campus
Location: Asheville, NC
Unit: Emergency Department
Shift: 18:45–07:15
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hrs/week
Openings: 1
Start: ASAP
Offer: Quick offer after submission – No interview
RTO: NOT ACCEPTED
Special Scheduling: NOT ACCOMMODATED
Experience: 2 years RN experience; at least 1 year ER experience
Required Experience: Level II Trauma / Comprehensive Stroke / High-volume ED experience preferred
Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, NIHSS, ENPC
CPI: Required by date of hire
Patient Ratio: Typically 4:1; up to 7:1 for ED behavioral holds
EMR: Cerner
Floating: No outside ED; must float to all ED sections
Scheduling: Every other weekend; no block scheduling
Scrubs: Navy
Beds: 101
Preferred: Previous HCA experience
Environment: Team-oriented and welcoming department

IMPORTANT: Candidates must be flexible with scheduling and able to work all areas of the ED.
