Description
CT Technologist
- Position: CT Technologist
- Shift: 10-hour varied shifts
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Call: No call
- Position Urgency: Normal
- Guaranteed Hours: Not specified
Required License & Certifications
- Hawaii Radiologic Technologist License: Required
- Must have a current State of Hawaii Radiologic Technologist license as a Radiographer
- ARRT(CT): Required
- BLS: Required
- Candidates without an active Hawaii license must apply upon acceptance of offer
- Hawaii license must be obtained by the start of the assignment
Required Experience
- Minimum 2 years of work experience
- Experience must be in an acute hospital setting
- Must be able to:
- Scan according to radiologist protocols
- Perform routine CT scans
- Function independently without supervision
Preferred Experience
- Meditech EMR
- Canon/Toshiba CT units
- Vitrea workstation
- Venipuncture
- MIP, MPR, and 3D imaging
- Biopsies or drainages
- Vascular or cardiac imaging
- Trauma
- Stroke
