Pharmacist – Echo Cliffs Health Center / Tuba City 

Position

• Role: Pharmacist
• Location: Echo Cliffs Health Center, Bodaway Gap, AZ
• Health System: Tuba City Regional Health Care Corporation (TCRHCC)
• Setting: Healthcare center connected to a 73-bed hospital
• Accreditation: JCAHO
• Services: Inpatient and outpatient care, emergency services, OB/GYN, orthopedics, urology, ophthalmology, dental, surgery, etc.

Schedule

• Initial schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Important: Shift will change after the first 30 days
• Position requires rotational shifts, including:

Pharmacist may provide services to:

Required Education

Must have either:

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD), OR
• Bachelor of Pharmacy

Degree must be from a school recognized by the American Council of Pharmaceutical Education.

Required License & Certifications

• Current, valid, unrestricted U.S. pharmacist license
• AHA BLS
• License must be valid in a U.S. state/territory or Washington, DC.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 2 years Registered Pharmacist experience
• Minimum 1 year Clinical Pharmacist experience

Background / Compliance

• Fingerprinting required
• Fingerprinting must be submitted and cleared before start
• COVID/flu exemptions may be accepted after the required declination form.
• Housing application: Must be submitted 2 weeks before start through Medefis.

Orientation

• Orientation occurs every 2 weeks.
