RN/PCU Travel Contract
Position: Registered Nurse (RN) – PCU
Facility Type: Short-Term Acute Care Hospital
Location: St. Louis, Missouri
Charting: EPIC
Contract & Schedule
- Weekly Hours: 36 or 48 hours/week
- Shift: All shifts available
- Patient Ratio: 1:2–3
- Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
- On-Call: No
- Block Scheduling: Not available
- Guaranteed Hours: 3 shifts per 13 weeks
- RTO: No more than 7 days
- First-Time Travelers: Accepted
- Locals: Not accepted
- Local Radius: Candidate's home address must be at least 75 miles from the facility
- Floating: Yes, within scope/service line, including Medical-Surgical units
Requirements
- Minimum Experience: 1 year
- PCU Experience: Required
- BLS: Required
- ACLS: Required
- BSN: Preferred
- Pending License: Accepted
- Relias EKG Exam: Required
- Dysrhythmia Interpretation & Management: Required
Clinical Experience Required
- Ventilator experience
- IV starts
- Telemetry
- Long-term ventilator care
- Ventilator weaning
- Pulmonary rehabilitation
- Trach management
