Description

Under the general supervision of the Director, the Pharmacist will be responsible for having a working knowledge of all areas of pharmaceutical services provided by Select.

Clinical knowledge for:

1.Antimicrobial Stewardship

a.Interpretation of culture results for recommendations

b.Knowledge of UTI, pneumonia, SSTI, etc. for recommendations

2.Pharmacokinetic Dosing Management/Monitoring
