Travel - CVOR Registered Nurse
16 weeks
Burlington , VT
Shift - 12H Rotating (Day/Evening)
Facility: University of Vermont Medical Center
Comments And Notes: Replacement, need 10/05 start! Assignment for 16-26 weeks. Rates are tiered based on mileage - measured by direct line not driving distance. Travel (101 miles ), Radius (51-100 miles), Local (50 miles or less).
Travelers must work 2 out of the 4 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, and New Years Day.
CVOR RN: 4 10 days (0645-1715) or 3 12 days (0645-1915). Post position with what shift is needed. With one/two 12 weekday calls - 1900-0715 and usually only one during the week unless short staffed. Must be flexible with schedule to meet the needs of the unit and patient care. Then one full weekend of call every 5 weeks.
Requirements:
BLS required, CNOR preferred
Prior travel experience required
CIRCULATE ONLY
Must have general experience
Large (500 beds), academic, teaching hospital experience required
A minimum of 2 years OR RN experience with recent experience and high competency in cardio vascular/open heart OR
May be required to float to other OR suites (general, ortho, neuro, ENT, etc) - if floated then you will be circulating, but not required to scrub
Epic experience from within the past 2 years is required and nonnegotiable

Monday to Sunday
No block schedules for any reason
Bi-weekly orientations on Monday, next available is 10/19
Please ensure all employment gaps over 90 days are explained
