Description
RNFA – San Luis Obispo, CA
Start Date: 10/05/2026
Contract: 13 Weeks
Shift: Rotating Days | 5×8s
Schedule: M–F; 6:00 AM–2:30 PM, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, or 10:00 AM–6:30 PM
Call: Required – at least 2×/week + every 3rd weekend
Charting: Epic
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years RNFA experience
- 3 years scrub & circulate experience in an acute-care facility
- Primary spine experience – Required
- Orthopedic surgery experience – Required
- Robotic surgery experience – Required
- Approved RNFA didactic course – Required
- CNOR – Required
- Current CA RN license – Required
- BLS & ACLS – Required
- PALS – Preferred
- Current Professional Liability Insurance (PLI) – Required
- Annual surgeon review – Required
- Insurance documentation required
