We’re seeking a Physical Therapist for a 13-week Home Health assignment in San Antonio, Texas. If you enjoy the independence of Home Health and you're ready to make a move, this opportunity is looking for someone who can get started quickly.

✨ What We’re Looking For
- Licensed Physical Therapist
- Texas PT license or ability to obtain
- Home Health experience preferred
- Strong independent clinical and time-management skills
- Comfortable providing care in the home setting
- Clinician ready to move quickly through the submission process
