🚨 Must-Have Requirements

• 4+ years Surgical Tech experience – REQUIRED
• Previous travel experience – REQUIRED
• Level II Trauma experience – REQUIRED
• Da Vinci Robotics experience – REQUIRED
• CST certification – REQUIRED
  • NBSTSA or NCCT accepted
• BLS – REQUIRED
  • AHA or American Red Cross accepted
• Associate degree or Surgical Technology certificate
• Scrub experience required
• Traveler must have own vehicle due to call requirements — Uber/Lyft cannot be relied upon.

OR / Case Experience

Large-volume hospital with 21 ORs and approximately 40–60 cases/day.

Strong experience preferred across multiple specialties:

• General Surgery
• GYN
• Urology
• Plastics
• ENT
• GI – strong experience preferred
• Da Vinci Robotics – REQUIRED

Candidate should be able to:

• Set up operative rooms efficiently
• Review case carts and verify supplies
• Scrub a variety of surgical cases
• Turn over rooms efficiently between procedures
• Work effectively in a high-volume OR
• Perform downtime tasks when needed
• Help train new hires

Floating

Traveler may be required to float to:

• Aspirus Merrill
• Aspirus Antigo
• Aspirus Medford
• Aspirus Stanley

Experienced CST with 4+ years OR experience + prior travel + Level II Trauma + Da Vinci robotics + strong General/GYN/Urology/Plastics/ENT/GI skills + BLS + NBSTSA/NCCT + own vehicle + willingness to take frequent call with a 30-minute response time.

Biggest screening points: Da Vinci experience, Level II Trauma, prior travel, 4+ years, and ability to meet the 30-minute call response.
