Description
Position: Hospice/Medical Social Worker
Location: Albany, OR
Pay: $52/hour
Weekly Gross: $2,080/week
Contract: 13 Weeks
Start: ASAP
Shift: Days | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week
No Weekends
EMR: EPIC
Requirements
Oregon LMSW or CSWA license required at submission
Healthcare Provider-level BLS required
Hospital or medical social work experience preferred
Valid driver's license
Reliable personal vehicle with required auto insurance
Ability to travel to multiple patient care locations
