Position Overview
Seeking a Physical Therapist to provide patient care and rehabilitation services during a consistent Sunday–Thursday daytime schedule.
Schedule
- 5x8-hour shifts
- Sunday–Thursday
- 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide physical therapy treatments to improve mobility, strength, balance, and function
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and families on exercises and recovery
- Document patient care and treatment progress
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to support patient outcomes
Candidate Profile
- Current Physical Therapist license required
- Previous PT experience preferred
- Strong patient-care and communication skills
- Ability to work a consistent Sunday–Thursday schedule
