Job Title: RN – CASE MANAGEMENT

Facility Name: Centennial Medical Center

Location: Nashville, TN

Projected Start Date: 10/26/2026 - Flexible

Duration: 13 Weeks

Shift: Both Days & Nights – 5x8s (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)

Hours: 36 Hours/Week

EMR: Midas, Meditech

Scheduling. Weekdays and weekends

Pay Package:

Weekly Gross: $2,350

Stipend Weekly: $1,550

W2 Weekly: $800

Certifications Required:

BLS (AHA)

Experience Required:

Must have minimum 2+ years of Recent RN - Case Mgmt. Experience in Acute Care.

Unit Specifics:

Number of Beds: 450 for Tower/Sarah Cannon
Patient Ratios: 1:30-1:35
